Submissions

We would love to hear from you, it is your blog submissions that keep this blog interesting and online.  To submit a blog post please email it to amy@amyjanes.co.uk, make it as long as you like and don't forget to include as many photo's as possible.  You need to give your submission a title, include the content and any links to your site (if you have one) that you would like included.  Please remember to keep it 'clean' and don't use your post to 'have a go' at others.

Who can submit a post?
The answer to this is anyone, just so long as you have something to say about weddings.  You might be bride who is planning her wedding, a couple who have recently been married, a photographer, venue dresser, a florist, a venue or a DJ, the list really is endless.

Will my submission definitely be published?
Unfortunately, we can't promise that every submission will get published, but we can promise to try and publish as many as we can.

Can I use my submission to advertise my business?
Yes and no.  We don't allow you to blatently submit an advert purely for your web site, blog or services

How many times can I submit blog posts?
As many times as you like, however if your submission is declined for some reason then you need to submit a different post next time.  We would like to receive regular posts from you, as I'm sure our readers will, as we find it interesting to follow your stories as they develop.

Does it cost me anything to submit a post?
Not a bean!  All that we ask is that, if you are a wedding supplier, you help to promote the blog from your web site by providing a link to us and help spread the word any other way can i.e. Facebook, Twitter, tell your clients about us.  You don't have to, and we won't be checking up on you either, but is in your interest as well as ours to increase traffic to the blog.
